About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Warehouse Officer to join our welcoming team. This full-time, hands‑on role supports the Warehouse Manager and wider team with the smooth running of day-to-day operations, helping to maintain accuracy, efficiency and strong teamwork across all warehouse activities. Location : Keilor ParkPay Cycle : FortnightlySalary : Based on skills and experience, with room to growHours : 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday — no weekend work Key Responsibilities Picking, packing and invoicing customer orders accurately Assisting with goods in/out, including loading and unloading Restocking shelves and keeping warehouse areas tidy and organised Tracking and recording lot numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates (training provided) Supporting stocktakes and general inventory tasks Working with team members to resolve order or delivery issues Occasionally picking up or delivering customer equipment Carrying out other tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager What You’ll Need to Succeed Driver’s licence preferred Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided for the right person) A willingness to learn, grow and develop in a warehouse role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills A reliable, proactive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Why Join Us?
