Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr – A$400,000.00/yr Job Title Branch Manager – Mortgage & Finance Locations Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Employment Type Full‑time, Salary: Base $100,000 – $120,000 + Performance Bonuses (OTE $250,000 – $400,000) Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to lead branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The role is hands‑on and ideal for someone with a background in mortgage broking or banking, thriving in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in mortgage broking or banking (e.g., Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Lending Manager) Strong understanding of broker-client-bank dynamics Proactive, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Must be able to commit full‑time and be physically present at the branch daily Key Responsibilities Lead and train a team of mortgage brokers Develop tailored training and development plans for each broker Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing coaching Support brokers in managing relationships with banks and lenders Liaise with the back‑office credit and processing teams Oversee daily branch operations, including administration, expenses, and profitability Contribute to marketing strategy and execute local campaigns to drive business growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
