Kanda Finance Officer - Melbourne Kanda is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Finance Team in Melbourne. This full-time position plays an important role in supporting accurate financial processing across our business units, ensuring timely reporting and contributing to the smooth operation of our finance functions. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoicing using industry-specific software, ensuring accuracy in support item selection and timely data entry. Maintain and update client information across all systems and assist with debtor management reporting. Accounts Payable: Manage supplier invoices including accurate coding, data entry and weekly payment run preparation. Maintain supplier records in line with internal processes. Banking & Reconciliations: Process bank transfers, credit card payments and coding. Complete bank and credit card reconciliations and provide administrative support for banking and card requirements. Financial Administration: Support customer budget funding requests, cost centre allocation reviews, fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing. Assist with intercompany recharge invoicing and general administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Team & Stakeholder Support: Communicate effectively with team members and business units via phone, email and Microsoft Teams. Provide general finance support to contribute to the smooth operation of the finance function. About You Experience in a similar finance or data-entry focused role. Strong experience using MYOB is essential. High attention to detail, accuracy and strong organisational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Holds a current unencumbered Class C Driver Licence . Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening. What We Offer A supportive and collaborative finance team.
