We are looking for talented ICT Business Development Managers to join our team Location: Sydney Job Type: Full time permanent Salary Range: $145,000 to $200,000 per annum Positions: 2 Experience: 12+ years Who are we? Senior Business Development Manager As a Senior business development manager, you are required to identify and generate new ICT business opportunities and pursue them to closure by meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships. Responsibilities Accountable for the business growth of the portfolio. Strategize and create a blueprint for increased mindshare and wallet share in respective market segments/portfolios. Responsible for strategic planning for the portfolio driving customer satisfaction. Actively participate in business planning / budgeting exercises & provide a view to senior management. Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients and serve as the primary management contact and client liaison. Generate leads and aggressively pursue them to closure. Actively manage pipeline & ensure healthy deals in pipeline. Strengthening existing client relationships, participating in reviews and providing educated and relevant perspectives. Respond to and deliver to client requests; responds to RFPs. Proposals to client in line with account strategy and engaging relevant teams for solutions. Skills Required Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly regarded. Business orientation with strong IT background. 12+ years’ experience in business development in banking, cards, payments, insurance or financial services environment is highly desirable. Seasoned business development professional with trail blazing track record in acquiring new businesses. Thorough domain knowledge and experience in banking and finance with awareness / expertise in latest digital innovations in the industry / domain. Possess an interest and passion towards engaging senior level executives in transformation solutions through consultative approach. Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan and stay the course. Proven track record of winning large deals & winning new logos.
