Senior Advisor, Implementation Division (AO7) The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals with a passion for driving improvements and delivering results, to undertake a 6‑month engagement within the Implementation Division. As Senior Advisor you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Queensland Government’s highest priorities – including health, housing and home ownership, and reducing victims of crime. Drawing on your strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex challenges, you will contribute to impactful outcomes that shape Queensland’s most critical initiatives. About Us The Implementation Division, within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, drives the delivery of the government's top priorities, ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes. The Division operates across agencies and sectors to address complex challenges and deliver community value, through collaboration, transparency, and innovation. The Implementation Division leverages data and evidence‑based delivery methodology to shift the dial on critical priorities. How You'll Contribute Collaborate with senior leaders and agencies across government to foster partnerships, ensure accountability, and deliver innovative solutions to government's highest priorities – including health, housing and home ownership, and reducing victims of crime. Prepare high-quality materials, provide strategic advice, and support the development of frameworks, processes, and tools that drive effective governance and measurable outcomes. What You'll Bring Build and maintain strong professional relationships, applying a proactive approach to delivering results with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative thinking to support impactful delivery.
