Together, we sustainably feed the nation. About the Role We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Camellia Site . Reporting to the Site Manager, this person will be responsible for leading a team of 3 and overseeing all machinery maintenance, prioritizing safety while managing daily work priorities according to plans. Responsibilities include: Ensuring maintenance coverage over day, afternoon and night shift for production to reduce breakdown downtime. Maintaining the Plant in its optimum operating condition Operating, directing and coaching teams in a manner which complies with the sites Quality and Food Safety Management System Reporting and escalation of incidents which have the ability to impact product safety, quality or legality, ensuring effective containment and segregation of impacted product to mitigate exposure. Leading constructively and inclusively while building an engaged and accountable team. Participating in and adhering to all HSE policies, procedures and activities in order to work safely. About You As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, and possess: Trade Qualification Engineering experience in a food processing environment.
