A Bit About The Role This is a full-time role based in the Northern Beaches. The primary responsibility of the Professional Service Engineer is to provide on‑site services and remote support to the customer for Imagine’s Video networking, ingest and playout automation combined with multichannel branding, on‑premises and cloud‑based – native and virtualized solutions. On‑site support includes technical installation and operation of equipment, basic operational and maintenance training and troubleshooting and effective problem resolution. This position requires being on roster after‑hours on‑call phone support. Key Accountabilities Provide on‑site installation of video networking equipment Deliver operation and maintenance training to customers Provide troubleshooting and repair of assigned equipment at the customer site Provide solutions to customer issues Produce simulations of customer‑reported issues and test various options to resolve the issue Arrange for module exchange or repair of customer product Enter service calls into CRM system accurately Point of escalated complex technical issues About You Expert knowledge and hands‑on experience with Broadcast Video systems and solutions. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the technical broadcast market with focus on Audio/Video/Graphics processing with an automation ingest and playout focus. Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux and VMWare 2+ years of experience in IP Network engineering role Celebrating difference, together stronger.
