Digital Media Specialist | Retail Brand | Melbourne An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist to join a leading retail and lifestyle brand based in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital and offline media campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated media plans for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and new store openings. Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and display networks, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals. Coordinate offline media activity including OOH, print, radio, and in-store promotions. Track and analyse media performance to provide insights and recommendations. Partner with teams across Marketing and Sustainability to align media strategy with business objectives. About You Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in media planning and execution, ideally within retail or fashion. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels. Skilled in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Excellent communication and project management skills. Passionate about fashion, retail, and consumer trends. What's on Offer Work with a collaborative, creative team.
