Nurse Practitioner – Residential Aged Care | Dubbo & Surrounds (NSW) We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to residents in Aged Care Facilities across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee, and Orange. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, with travel time and mileage fully reimbursed. About the Role : You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with GPs and the Senior Medical Officer to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents across several facilities. You’ll conduct clinical reviews, coordinate care plans, and ensure continuity across the region. Key Responsibilities : Regular visits to RACFs across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee & Orange Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and perform follow-ups Contribute to medication management and preventive care Liaise with GPs, aged care staff, and families to ensure consistent communication About You : Current AHPRA registration with NP endorsement Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number Professional indemnity insurance and full working rights Willingness to travel across multiple sites Excellent clinical reasoning and autonomy What’s on Offer : Travel time paid at $50 / hr or $0.80 / km reimbursement Supportive and well-structured clinical environment Meaningful aged care work with continuity of patient relationships Flexibility and autonomy once established in the role Sound like you?
