Coordinator, Client Experience – Location: Herston Campus, Dutton Park, Gatton Campus, St Lucia Campus – Type: Full time – Posted on: 2 Days Ago. Job requisition id: R- Overview This is a full‑time fixed‑term position through to July. Salary range $93,491 – $100,296 (HEW 6) plus a generous super allowance up to 17 %. Lead and manage a diverse team delivering high‑quality services to the UQ community. Requires a proactive approach to service coordination, supporting the strategic mission and client‑focused direction of the UQ Library. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management – Lead and manage a team of library staff to ensure delivery of required outcomes, utilise the manager capabilities framework, mentor, supervise client experience staff and assist with training. Service Delivery and Client Relationship Management – Contribute to high‑quality services for all clients, document and maintain accurate records, statistics and data entries within the library’s client‑relationship management systems. Operational Coordination and Project Contribution – Coordinate and participate in university committees and library projects, develop, publish and maintain essential library documentation, including online content. About You Degree / qualifications and relevant work experience (or equivalent). Substantial experience in an academic, special or research library, delivering Library and / or Information Technology services. Demonstrated experience in providing quality client services, preferably within an academic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate, consult and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach and develop a diverse team, using emotional intelligence to motivate staff and contribute to an inclusive culture. Self‑motivation and initiative, proven ability to respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. An excellent team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. Maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the appointment; may be required to complete background checks including criminal history and education checks. Employer‑sponsored work rights are not available. Benefits 26 weeks paid parental leave or 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave. 17 % superannuation contributions, 17.5 % annual leave loading.
