Join to apply for the PMO Lead role at Asahi Beverages Your Impact As the PMO Lead for a major business transformation program, you will sit at the centre of a large, multi-year, multi-release initiative involving multiple functions, systems and stakeholders. You will lead the PMO function, guide a small team and bring together workstreams across finance, commercial, supply chain, technology and change to deliver an integrated, enterprise‑scale system solution. You will contribute to building business transformation program delivery capabilities within our organisation. Your leadership will shape how we govern, plan and execute at pace, ensuring clarity, discipline and alignment across the organisation. Please note, this role will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract until May 2027. Key Responsibilities Provide PMO leadership, embedding best‑practice governance, structure and delivery discipline across the program. Own the integrated program plan, including milestones, critical path, resourcing and cross‑functional dependencies. Design and manage governance forums, program reporting and executive‑level packs that support confident decision‑making. Drive proactive risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams and parallel initiatives. Lead execution of the Go‑Live Readiness Framework for business, technology and people readiness, including reviews and reporting. Coordinate and support program financial forecasting, tracking and variance insight in partnership with Finance. Strengthen PMO capability through scalable standards, tools and delivery practices that lift program maturity. About You An experienced program manager or PMO lead with 10+ years in large‑scale program delivery and several years leading PMO teams. Proven experience supporting complex, multi‑workstream systems integration or ERP‑related programs (SAP, Oracle or similar). Strong governance, planning and reporting capability, confident engaging from detail through to ELT forums. Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder groups and aligning cross‑functional teams around shared priorities. A confident communicator who influences effectively, navigates senior stakeholders with ease and maintains strong delivery accountability across all partners. Supportive, hands‑on people leader who develops capability and maintains steady delivery momentum. Resilient, structured and comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple moving parts.
