As our Product Engagement Coordinator, you’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing and content teams to help shape how customers learn about new features, navigate their accounts and discover investment opportunities. You’ll have the chance to contribute to an active, evolving engagement program as we expand into new offerings — including superannuation, new account types and broader investment products. There’s significant room to learn, grow and make a real impact. Role Responsibilities Product Engagement Support & Execution Support the delivery of in-app content, messages, notifications and product discovery touchpoints. Work with product, design and engineering to help bring new features and campaigns to life. Use personalisation, testing and automation tools to improve engagement over time. Ensure all messaging is accurate, helpful and consistent with our brand and tone of voice. Platform Communications & Scale Assist in launching new account types, product updates and feature releases across the platform. Help organise and maintain in-app communication libraries as the platform grows in complexity. Use dashboards and reporting tools to pull insights, monitor performance and share updates with the team. Contribute to initiatives that improve customer activation, retention and product discovery. Support engagement efforts that help grow assets under management (AUM). Learn and experiment with automation, AI tools and personalisation techniques that help us scale. Stay curious about customer behaviour, industry trends and ways to enhance the investor experience. Skills & Experience Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, product, UX, or a related field. An interest in investing, finance, or helping people make better money decisions. A sharp eye for detail and confidence using digital tools and technology. Enthusiasm for creating clear, user‑friendly and impactful customer experiences. Comfort working with data — pulling basic reports, spotting patterns and sharing insights. Familiarity with personalisation, A/B testing or automation tools (or a willingness to learn quickly).
