About the role Working for a Government department this is a temporary role until May 2026 working full time hours. Support customers across a well-known government program in a professional and fast-paced contact centre environment. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems Resolve customer issues efficiently and escape when necessary Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customer needs About you You’re an experienced customer service professional who thrives in structured environments and can learn new systems quickly. 2–3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, or retail) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in an office setting with professional conduct Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other office systems Tech‑savvy with strong typing and email etiquette Ready to take the next step in your customer service career?
