We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor / Call Centre Operator to join our Service team in East Maitland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the automotive industry. Whether you're already a top performing Service Advisor, or you're looking to get off the tools into a more customer based role, we'd love to talk Our ideal candidate will demonstrate : High standards of professionalism and personal presentation A current NSW Drivers Licence Exceptional communication and customer service skills A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs Confident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems) The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment Clear communication skills (both written and verbal) Willingness to work in a team environment You will be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away.
