Work with people who connect, collaborate, and make an impact together Real career pathways and leadership development Work with leading global brands like John Deere Access to the latest technology and equipment in a clean, safe, and well-equipped workshop We celebrate wins, support each other, and build careers that matter What You’ll Be Doing Help customers identify and order the right parts using electronic catalogues and systems Accurately process sales, invoices, and stock movements using company software (e.g. CDK) Keep the parts department tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly Source hard-to-find parts and ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers Answer customer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide expert advice Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Saturday and After Hours Roster We continue to support our customers on Saturdays and after hours. You will be included in an after-hours roster once appropriate experience is gained What We’re Looking For Previous experience or formal training in parts interpreting or a related industry Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms Confident using inventory and parts systems, with solid computer skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Great time management and the ability to work independently Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results Who is RDO?
