You must be able to demonstrate a strong background of providing a high quality of customer service. At least 2 years experience in Farm & Estates, commercial or personal Lines Insurance is essential.You will be servicing a book of Rural clients that will include everything from small Farms up to large Landed Estates. Many of our clients are High Net Worth and have high expectations of a first class customer service experience.You will also be given the opportunity to study for nationally recognized professional qualifications.Our policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress, as your skills develop, should you wish to take advantage of this.We have ambitious growth plans, so prospects for career progression are excellent and your contribution will be fully acknowledged and rewarded.**Required skills/traits*** Customer Centric* Organised* Strong communicator* Cert Cii (or willing to complete within 12mths)* 1-2 years previous insurance broking experience required* Basic WORD and EXCEL skills required* Be able to work independentlyA career that you define.
