Client Manager, Global & CorporateGlobal & Corporate is a core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, that specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of National and top ASX listed businesses, including major multinational organisations.The Client Manager is responsible for service delivery to a varied portfolio of large key clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Perth office.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeManaging several key corporate clients Providing an exceptional level of client service Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business Manage daily client enquiries pertaining to their risk and insurance programs, including claims (noting you will have the support of a local legally trained claims team for complex claims) Identifying development opportunities for your designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client Providing leadership and mentorship to support staff How This Opportunity Is DifferentWe’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. Key requirements include:Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities Extensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients as a broker, underwriter or insurance manager Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutions Experience in handling large claims Excellent cross selling abilities Experience dealing with global insurance market centres including Lloyd’s A high level of understanding of client profitability A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development Exceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point products A high degree of resilience and an outcome focused approach.
