As Client Service Manager, you will drive operational performance across multiple client portfolios, leading diverse security teams and ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will own client relationships, elevate service standards, and shape the development of our workforce as we continue to scale. As Client Service Manager, your impact will be felt across the organisation. This role sits at the center of our operations, guiding frontline teams, shaping client experience, and maintaining the performance of our state-of-the-art Integrated Operations Command Centre (IOCC). It’s a position that blends people leadership, operational clarity, and the confidence to make decisive, informed calls. A key part of the role is nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders. Clear communication, consistent follow-through, and a genuine commitment to service excellence will underpin everything you do. Internally, you’ll help our teams grow, supporting officers, supervisors, and control room operators to perform at their best and feel valued in their work. Operationally, the Client Service Manager will set the rhythm of day-to-day delivery. This includes refining procedures, strengthening service standards, and ensuring our IOCC functions at a high level, with operators confident in the use of our technology platforms. As the business continues to scale, your leadership will help create the systems, structure, and culture that support sustainable growth. There is also a strong people-development focus: attracting talent, supporting onboarding, and shaping a workforce that reflects Iconic’s values of professionalism, accountability, and respect. With oversight of budgets and resource planning, the role requires a steady, thoughtful approach to decision-making. Ultimately, this position plays a defining role in how Iconic is experienced, by clients, by partners, and by our own teams. It’s an opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership role within a progressive organisation that values innovation, diversity, and high performance.
