The Opportunity: We’re excited to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Sales Representative to our James Lane | Sleeping Giant North Lakes store. If you’re passionate about design, driven by results, and love working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you Your Role: Implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Collaborate on store operations, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Establish genuine relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional service. Showcase your knowledge and passion for design, guiding customers through our curated collections. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results and memorable customer experiences. What You’ll Bring: Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with customers. A customer-first attitude, dedicated to creating exceptional shopping experiences. Physical ability to lift and handle furniture (up to 20kg) safely. Experience in assembling and disassembling furniture. A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a retail setting. Availability and flexibility to work weekends.
