Australian Citizenship Mandatory with NV1 Canberra Brisbane or Melbourne locations 6 months with 3 *6 months extensions Our Client a large federal government department is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Modern Workplace Solutions Architect to join a specialised team focused on enhancing employee experience through modern, secure, and scalable end user technology platforms. In this role, you'll lead the integration and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and related technologies. You'll work across internal and external teams to shape technical solutions, drive adoption, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Key Responsibilities Build internal capability in M365, Copilot, and Power Platform through mentoring and knowledge sharing Support integration of M365, Intune, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 with enterprise systems Prototype and configure technical solutions aligned with project goals Collaborate with cyber teams to ensure compliance with PSPF, Essential 8, and other security frameworks Develop technical design artefacts for executive and stakeholder audiences About You You're a confident communicator and technical expert who thrives in complex, multi-vendor environments. You bring a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and a passion for improving employee experience. Skills & Experience Proven experience architecting secure, scalable solutions across M365, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 Strong M365 administration skills (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, Power Platform) Experience in hybrid cloud environments and enterprise integration Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, ADFS for secure authentication Certifications in ITIL 4 and SIAM highly desirable NV-1 clearance or ability to obtain If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
