Experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Peninsula Gateway Dental (Frankston Vic) Looking to join a friendly yet professional, and patient‑focused dental team? At Peninsula Gateway Dental , we pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment with room to grow for the right candidate. We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member who can provide chairside assistance as well as professional reception support. Position Full time / Part time Hours: 8‑5 Mon‑Thursday and 8‑4 Fridays Some early starts and late nights might be needed in the future. About the Role Assisting dentists and clinicians chairside with all aspects of dental procedures. Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols. Preparing surgeries and equipment for daily operations. Greeting patients and managing appointments. Answering calls and providing exceptional front‑desk service. Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS/EFTPOS). Supporting the wider team with daily duties. About You Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist (desirable). Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting. Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great with computers and technology (desirable). Worked with Principal dental software previously (desirable). A caring, happy, professional and team‑focused attitude. Why Join Us?
