You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it’s your own.**Key accountabilities:*** Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets* Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range* Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram* Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report* Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements**Your experience:*** Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude* Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills* Able to work independently and as a member of a team* Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment* Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)* Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail* A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs* Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externallyAt Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
