Based in the Logan area , they are seeking a driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team. Why Join Them? You’ll craft tailored sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed contract Create and execute effective sales plans independently Build rapport with prospective clients and nurture long-term relationships Educate and support clients through the custom homebuilding process Represent the company with exceptional presentation and communication What We’re Looking For Must have New Homes experience working directly for a builder Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-starter with strong initiative and drive Excellent lead generation, qualification, and follow-up skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal presence Solid knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology Ready to Make Your Move?
