Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework. Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children's learning. A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. A passion for delivering exceptional care and education to young children. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
