TEW Solutions are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Engineering team, supporting both our Projects and Service & Minor Works Business Units. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from concept and design through to installation, testing, and commissioning. You’ll contribute to the conceptualisation, design, manufacture, and commissioning of plant, piping, machinery, motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. This position blends Design Engineering and Project Engineering, offering a unique opportunity to deliver diverse projects while developing your technical and leadership capabilities. About the Role Develop and manage engineering plans that align with client and project expectations. Produce detailed design deliverables that meet scope, standards, and codes of practice. Integrate safety into design – eliminating or minimising risks through effective control measures. Apply quality systems and engineering tools to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation. Provide technical support and mentorship to under‑graduate engineers and trades personnel. Collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Actively demonstrate and uphold TEW’s Values in all daily activities. To be successful, you’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential) Member of Engineers Australia Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial projects (design and project delivery) Strong understanding of engineering standards, codes, and regulations Experience working within a quality management framework Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships Proven ability to plan, schedule and coordinate project resources Initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to professional growth Why TEW?
