Branch Manager – Hamilton Full‑time fixed‑term contract (12 months), 5 days per week, Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm, located at NAB Hamilton Branch. Our people are customer obsessed; we put customers at the centre of everything we do to understand their evolving needs and challenges. As the Banking Community Leader, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values at our Hamilton Branch. You will build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to meet their banking needs, and advocate in community initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive the overall performance of the branch through coaching, mentoring, and leadership. Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross‑sale opportunities. Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to customers and partners; ensure the team seizes every opportunity to build customer advocacy. Maintain standards, procedures, and systems set out at NAB. Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division. What You’ll Bring Experience in leadership; ability to inspire and influence others. Retail banking experience is highly regarded. A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and an unwavering commitment to quality; a willingness to go the extra mile. Ability to work collaboratively as a team with resilience, self‑motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience.
