Job Description We are seeking dedicated sessional lecturers in the Graduate Certificate of Coaching who are passionate about their field. The Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching is a fully online course, so educators can be located anywhere in Australia. Responsibilities Teaching in any of the four units: Fundamentals of Coaching Theory and Practice; Coaching for Professional Wellbeing and Resilience; Coaching for Sustainable Leadership; and Applied Coaching Skills Teaching in an online lecture/tutorial, including engaging with unit content, facilitating observed coaching practice sessions, and engaging with students through online forums. Marking assignments and performing administrative tasks associated with the classes. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all levels of the College Excellent scholarly expertise and/or industry expertise Experience in coaching education and/or mentor coaching is an advantage Essential Criteria At least five years of coaching experience A PCC or MCC credential Completed the ICF Online Assessor training course or is prepared to complete the training. A postgraduate qualification (preferably a master’s degree, but at least a postgraduate certificate). Candidates currently enrolled in a postgraduate course will be considered.
