About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Brighton, CO. You'll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence and improve their daily living skills through evidence-based care. Compensation & Scheduling Competitive Pay : $ per routine visit Part-Time Availability : visits per week Flexible Schedule : Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertise Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional goals Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Why Join Amazing Care? Proven experience in home health or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
