The Opportunity The Care Manager will play a critical leadership role in delivering clinical and operational excellence. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role is responsible for: Planning, assigning, and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery. Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment. Managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently and in line with budgetary guidelines. Supporting a positive team culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Leading and contributing to continuous improvement and accreditation processes. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience. Previous Care Manager experience highly regarded. Sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices. Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding instruments (e.g. ACFI). Experience with accreditation and quality processes. Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.Must meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements. Desirable Completion of Infection Control Training.
