About the role : As our Progammer, you’ll be a key player on our team - part tech-head, part problem-solver, and full-on obsessed with accuracy. You’ll turn custom staircase concepts into precise CNC code, work closely with our technical detailers, and help keep production running like a well-oiled (and well-polished) machine. If you love CAD, speak fluent G-code, and geek out over geometry, keep reading... What you’ll be doing : Turning staircase designs into CNC-ready programs using CAD software (AutoCAD, StairCon, Stairbiz, SolidWorks) Writing or adjusting G-code and CNC-specific programs Editing CNC programs & running quality checks Checking, tweaking, and perfecting drawings Collaborating with technical detailers, production teams & designers Making sure everything is accurate, on time, and smooth Keeping docs, data, and deadlines under control What you'll bring : CAD & CNC knowledge (AutoCAD, StairCon, Stairbiz & G-code = gold) An eye for geometry and design precision Solid knowledge of joinery and timber manufacturing Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Familiarity with local and national building codes and regulations for staircase construction Sharp problem-solving skills and clear communication Team spirited with a cool head under pressure (Bonus points if you know your balustrades from your stringers) Why you'll love it here : We're committed to making sure our team feels appreciated, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
