We are looking for an experienced CAD Operator and CNC Programmer to join our team at Banks Benchtops' in Brendale, Queensland. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations through the design, programming and production of high-quality custom benchtops and panels. What you'll be doing Operate CAD software to create detailed 2D models of custom benchtops Program CNC machines to manufacture benchtops and other components to precise specifications Program GMM for the machines/saw Co‑ordinate with clients and templater about job details Work closely with our production team to optimise workflows and identify process improvements What we're looking for Proven experience as a CAD Operator and CNC Programmer, ideally within the engineering/manufacturing industry Strong working knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar Expertise in CNC programming and operation Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the wider production team What we offer At Banks Benchtops', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
