The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Manager (RCM) to lead our team at our Taree Residential Aged Care Facility. This pivotal role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across all aspects of clinical care, staff management, and operational excellence in alignment with Newcastle Anglican’s Mission, Vision, and Values. As RCM, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, deliver exceptional consumer care, and drive continuous improvement initiatives—all while managing resources effectively within budgetary parameters.
