About the Role We are seeking a full time experienced and proactive Retail Store Business Manager to oversee our operations and support our growing business. This is a hands‑on leadership position that requires strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement—both directly and through events. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the overall operations of the business. Oversee inventory: monitor sales performance, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate stock control. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to develop a capable and motivated team. Plan and implement purchasing strategies, marketing policies, and promotional activities. Prepare and manage budgets including sales forecasts, pricing, and product mix. Deliver superior customer service and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and responsible service standards. Organise and coordinate functions, wine tasting events and other marketing activities, including supplier collaborations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. About You Proven 3 years retail management experience, ideally in wine, beverage, hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities. Good understanding of inventory management, wholesale and retail sales operations, and KPIs.
