Allied Health Contractor – Inner You Development (Upper Mount Gravatt Clinic) Location: Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane Employment Type: Contractor Pay Structure: Up to 70% contractor split Clinic Opening: January–March 2026 About Inner You Development Inner You Development Pty Ltd is a trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming, client‑centred mental health and allied health practice providing high‑quality therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. With our new, purpose‑built clinic in Upper Mount Gravatt, we are building a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassion, excellence, and meaningful client outcomes. The clinic features four consulting rooms, a classroom/workshop space, a conference/supervision room, and a warm modern reception area. Position Summary We are seeking experienced, values‑aligned Allied Health Contractors to join our expanding practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in their allied health discipline. We strongly encourage Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Clinicians, and Dietitians to apply. Key Responsibilities Clinical Service Delivery Provide high‑quality therapeutic or assessment services Complete treatment plans, goal plans, reports, and case notes Deliver trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming, culturally safe care Offer individual, family, or group interventions Uphold ethical and evidence‑based practice standards Client Engagement Manage a caseload of 10–20 clients per week with autonomy and professionalism Build strong therapeutic relationships Provide advocacy, safety planning, and recovery‑oriented support Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Professional Practice Maintain individual supervision per discipline requirements Participate in funded quarterly group supervision Engage in optional team meetings and case discussions Maintain registration, insurance, and continuing professional development Engage in reflective practice Optional Discipline‑Specific Work Psychological assessments & diagnostics (Psychologists) NDIS functional/capacity assessments (OTs) Nutrition & behaviour change interventions (Dietitians) Group work, workshops, and psychoeducation Specialist modalities such as EMDR, Schema, ACT, CBT, DBT, etc. What We Offer Brand‑new, fully furnished clinic with purpose‑built group space, conference & supervision room Up to 70% contractor split Strong referral pathways (NDIS, private, GP, EAP, DVA) Full administrative, marketing & branding support Access to shared templates, systems, and clinical tools Collaborative and supportive team culture Funded external group supervision (quarterly) Quarterly wellbeing activities and optional case discussions Clinician autonomy with supported practice Required Qualifications & Registrations AMHSW / AASW membership (AMHSW preferred) Psychologist – AHPRA registration (Clinical endorsement preferred) Occupational Therapist – AHPRA registration Relevant insurances, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable) Apply or Express Interest If you’re passionate about trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming, client‑centred care and want to join a supportive multidisciplinary clinic, we’d love to hear from you.
