We are on the lookout for 'A Grade' Electricians who want to upskill their careers from domestic to industrial. You’ve got the skills we’ll show you the next step. Learn automation, grow your trade and shape your future with us MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors and production equipment Respond to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve production efficiency This role includes a structured training and development program tailored to build competent electrical and automation capabilities within our plant environment. The training pathway is integrated into your day‑to‑day responsibilities and includes: On-the-Job Mentorship Collaborate with experienced Midfield electricians through a structured mentoring program, receiving ongoing hands‑on guidance on site‑specific procedures, tools and safety systems PowerFlex Drive Training Gain practical skills in configuring, commissioning and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525 drives used across our production systems PLC Fundamentals & Automation Participate in foundational PLC training using Studio 5000 Logix Designer. Apply programming and troubleshooting concepts to improve equipment reliability and uptime Independent Skill Application As your confidence and competency grows, you'll take on more responsibility for diagnostics, maintenance and control system work, applying your skills independently across the facility Career Progression Support Regular feedback sessions, performance reviews and mentoring ensure your growth is aligned with opportunities in automation, leadership or specialist technical roles within Midfield WHY JOIN US?
