With a stunning fit‑out, a passionate team, and a strong focus on delivering unforgettable guest experiences, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a talented Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen into its next chapter. The Role As our Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef, you’ll guide and inspire the kitchen team while working closely with the owner to develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect our ethos and style. This is a hands‑on, leadership‑focused role ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team Create and execute dishes with a seasonality approach. Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Maintain smooth, efficient daily kitchen operations. Ensure the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance. What You Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role. Strong skills in seasonal, modern Australian menu development. Energetic, positive leadership style and a team‑first mindset. Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and a passion for guest experience. Availability for evening and weekend shifts. Requirements Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Full Australian working rights.
