Opportunity This role is offered as either a Full-time or Part-time, with a hybrid work arrangement. You’ll have the opportunity to: Gain exposure and work with a number of different Industry Funds Clients Work closely with Financial Advisors from relevant funds to develop accurate and holistic Statements of Advice Collaborate with other team members to deliver efficient service to clients Participate in peer audit process to help improve or maintain knowledge and compliance within the team Qualifications Completed or partially completed a Graduate Certificate of Financial Planning, or relevant tertiary qualification Relevant tertiary qualifications are also considered an advantage If required, be willing to undertake further study to ensure compliance with the Financial Advice Standards and Ethics Committee (FASEA) Previous experience in working as a paraplanner with a Financial Planning practice A high level of communication and numeracy skills A strong work ethic and high level of professionalism The ability to relate to and work consultatively with colleagues at all levels Superior analytical and conceptual skills The ability to synthesise information in a clear, succinct manner High attention to detail is essential Knowledge of Xplan Benefits A competitive salary package, inclusive of 13.5% super Incentive rewards for high performance Above award leave entitlement including additional paid leave between the Christmas and New Year public holidays A comprehensive Employee Assistance Program Hybrid and flexible workplace Ongoing coaching, training, and professional development A workplace that is welcoming and celebrates diversity The opportunity to work for an organisation that is truly focused on acting in members best interest, not just on making a profit If this sounds like the role for you, we’d like to hear from you.
