Overview Role: Casual Educator Location: Townsville, QLD 4817 Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6AM – 6:30PM Pay: $32.43 - $36.53 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) + Casual Loading + Super Responsibilities As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed, ensuring safety and inclusivity to provide enriching and responsive learning experiences. Gain experience working across different centre environments while staying connected with Goodstart. Expand your skills by working with different age groups – from Nursery to Kindergarten. Contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team. Engage and supervise the children at all times and maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families. Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures. Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement. Qualifications ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent). Current Queensland Working with Children Check (WWCC). Willingness to travel between local services and flexibility to work between Monday–Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm.
