Further information about Melanoma Institute Australia can be found at About The Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level, trusted support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing complex priorities, exercising sound judgement, and operating with discretion. A significant part of the role is owning the CEO’s inbox and calendar, ensuring correspondence, meetings and commitments are managed efficiently and thoughtfully. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, you will help keep matters on track, anticipate needs, and provide consistent, reliable support in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term role. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and briefing materials Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, handling matters with professionalism and discretion Take ownership of the CEO’s inbox, triaging correspondence, flagging urgent issues and responding where appropriate Manage the CEO’s calendar, balancing strategic priorities with operational requirements Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Support Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions Track actions, deadlines and commitments to ensure timely follow-through Assist with projects, initiatives and events as required About You Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in an Executive Assistant role Strong capability managing complex inboxes and calendars Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail High level of discretion and sound judgement Clear written and verbal communication skills Confidence engaging with senior leaders, Board members and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contemporary digital tools If this role sounds like a suitable fit for you, please send us your CV and a cover letter addressing your experience as per outlined in this advertisement.
