About the opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead clinical services in the Townsville Rehabilitation Unit. You will provide high‑level care, supervision, and service improvement initiatives in a supportive and innovative environment. The role offers professional growth through research, education, and collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and manage the occupational therapy service for the Rehabilitation Unit. Provide high‑level clinical care to patients across all phases of recovery. Supervise junior staff and support staff development. Design and implement service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Promote evidence‑based practice and engage in research and education activities. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy. Current registration with AHPRA. Ability to operate a class C motor vehicle with appropriate licence endorsement.
