Apply today What You'll Be Doing Based at our Macquarie Park (NSW) offices and in the field, under a Hybrid working arrangement, reporting directly to the Manager : Asset Support Services, you’ll step into a role that's all about building strong partnerships, solving complex supply chain challenges, and driving smarter solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities Turning data into action : Analyse customer account data to uncover root causes, identify patterns, and deliver insights that drive smarter processes and reduce equipment loss. Owning your schedule : Plan and prioritise customer engagements based on account health and operational needs. Building strong partnerships : Connect with everyone from warehouse teams to senior decision‑makers, influencing change and fostering collaboration. Driving improvement : Conduct process reviews, highlight gaps, and deliver programs that embed best practices and empower customers. Collaborating for success : Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and support business projects. Championing innovation : Challenge the status quo constructively and contribute to continuous improvement to the pooling ecosystem. Does this sound like you?
