Customer Success Coordinator – Scale We’re expanding our Customer Success team and need a dedicated coordinator to manage a large portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD, handle renewals, and drive usage growth with automated sequences and outreach. What You’ll Do Manage a large portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD. Own renewals with a clear, fixed pricing structure. Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with the Account Management team. Build and run automated email sequences, renewal journeys, and usage prompts using HubSpot. Support tech‑driven onboarding for new schools that join your segment. Track teacher and student usage and run targeted nudges at key moments. Work closely with the Customer Success team to refine and improve repeatable, scalable service motions. What You’ll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑volume accounts. Experience working with systems, templates, and automation tools.
