Apply today Based at our Macquarie Park (NSW) offices and in the field, under a Hybrid working arrangement, reporting directly to the Manager : Asset Support Services, you'll step into a role that's all about building strong partnerships, solving complex supply chain challenges, and driving smarter solutions for our customers. What You'll Be Doing If you thrive on independence, love making sense of complexity, and enjoy building trust across all levels, this role is for you You'll play a critical part in helping customers manage their equipment efficiently and sustainably and contributing to CHEP's Customer Pooling Program. Key Responsibilities Will Include Turning data into action: Analyse customer account data to uncover root causes, identify patterns, and deliver insights that drive smarter processes and reduce equipment loss. Owning your schedule: Plan and prioritise customer engagements based on account health and operational needs. Building strong partnerships: Connect with everyone from warehouse teams to senior decision-makers, influencing change and fostering collaboration. Driving improvement: Conduct process reviews, highlight gaps, and deliver programs that embed best practices and empower customers. Collaborating for success: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and support business projects.
