The Role We’re on the hunt for a creative force who lives and breathes design. If you love turning ideas into scroll‑stopping visuals, this is your playground. From digital to print, socials to events—you’ll own the visual style that represents our brand across the country. What You’ll Do Lead all graphic design: posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, event materials, animations, and LMS visuals. Drive monthly campaigns: develop creative assets for promotions, website, emails, and on‑site collateral. Design social media & email campaigns that grab attention and drive engagement. Update website visuals and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Support events, expos, and ad hoc requests with fast, high‑quality design solutions. Data‑informed decisions and deliver monthly reports on post‑performance to optimise engagement. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table every day What You’ll Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, Meta Business Suite, Constant Contact, Joomla, Easy Signs, Google My Business, SMS platforms and Product Review. About You A fun, energetic personality with a passion for design and marketing. Talented designer with strong print & digital experience. Detail‑oriented and brand‑focused. Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines with energy and creativity. Comfortable collaborating across teams to bring campaigns to life.
