Project Manager - Windows, Cladding & Shrouds Project Manager – Commercial Windows, Cladding & Shrouds The Company We are a growing specialist in high-quality commercial windows, cladding, and shrouds, known for precision, durability, and innovative architectural solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering outstanding results, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success. The Role You will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, managing delivery, supervising and coordinating a medium-sized team of tradesmen and glaziers, and acting as the main client contact. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and the drive to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of commercial window and cladding projects. Coordinate tradesmen, glaziers, and subcontractors. Liaise with architects, builders, and clients. Interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate delivery. Solve site issues quickly and effectively to keep jobs moving. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar commercial project management role. Background in window, cladding, or shroud installation/manufacturing. Strong ability to read plans, spot issues, and provide solutions. CAD experience (preferred, not essential). Strong IT and organisational skills. Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
