As a Branch Manager, you will lead all operational activities within the branch to ensure the timely and effective delivery of cash management and logistics services to our customers. You’ll create a high-performance culture, drive efficiency, and inspire your team to achieve business outcomes safely and professionally. Leading and motivating branch teams to deliver operational excellence Driving compliance with all statutory, audit, and WHS requirements Overseeing customer service delivery and managing key relationships Monitoring operational performance, reporting on results, and identifying improvement opportunities Managing staffing, rostering, and workforce development to meet service and financial goals Are you the one? You’re an experienced leader with strong operational and people management skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. You take ownership, make sound decisions, and lead by example with integrity and professionalism.
