Dental Assistant/Receptionist | Bathurst NSW 2795 Bathurst Dental Care is a growing and dynamic dental practice that is looking for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist who wants to grow with us. Are you a confident and outgoing communicator? Do you enjoy caring for people and helping them to feel relaxed? Would you love to be part of a team and be valued for your enthusiasm and energy? Is it important to you to make a meaningful difference in the health and lives of people? We have a CASUAL position available for at least 20 hrs a week. Saturday and Afternoon availability/flexibility is MUST. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will provide on the job training. However a Certificate III in Dental Assisting will be well regarded. We understand a quality Dental Receptionist/Assistant is someone who: understands the important role a Dental Receptionist plays in developing a dental practice through effective appointment scheduling and management enjoys working in a team and playing a vital role in connecting the clinical and administrative parts of a dental practice demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative environment is appreciated for their contribution to the practice running smoothly enjoys working in a practice with an established patient base who knows and trusts them wants to work within a team of like-minded professionals, who supports and encourages their professional developments This role involves delivering dental care and exceptional customer service to our patients. You will have roles from clinical assistance, sterilisation as well as patient administration. We encourage highly motivated and passionate individuals to apply.
