We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. The Opportunity We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our The Dental Practice, practice available for a dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist seeking casual work: Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Maintain our amazing customer and team culture – providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Treatment coordination Maintain infection control standards and procedures Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records Making patients aware of dental services and offers Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High‑end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You’ll be Available to work casually across the week and the occasional Saturday Ideally 6 months’ experience working in a similar role Motivated self‑starter; this is a fast‑paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner Why join the Bupa network?
