Are you an experienced dental assistant and receptionist looking for a new challenge? Join our dedicated team at My Dental Centre in Granville, NSW as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist. In this casual role, you'll play a key part in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice. What you'll be doing Welcoming and checking in patients, managing appointment bookings and enquiries Assisting our dentists with procedures, preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks Ensuring a high standard of infection control and workplace health and safety Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times What we're looking for Previous experience as a dental assistant and/or receptionist, with a proven track record of providing excellent patient care Minimum one year of general dentistry experience is required for this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant IT systems A caring, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for the dental industry Candidates must hold a valid work visa to be considered for this position What we offer At My Dental Centre, we value our employees and are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment.
