Sales Operations Business Partner – APAC Join Ideagen as a Sales Operations Business Partner in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This hybrid full‑time position supports our next phase of accelerated growth in the APAC region. About The Role Ideagen is recruiting for a Sales Operations Business Partner in APAC. This is a critical hands‑on role partnering with the APAC Sales Leadership and Go‑to‑Market team to develop analysis, insights, ideas and plans that drive the sales organization toward its strategic goals, operational effectiveness, and flawless execution. Responsibilities Partner with APAC Sales Leadership to support sales execution that appropriately reflects the organization’s business goals and strategy. Drive & support CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene. Ensure that the APAC sales forecasting process is rigorous, provides accurate predictions of future performance, and is integrated with other planning processes within the company. Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy. Manage the reporting cadence and distribution of scorecards and other intelligence essential to the APAC sales organization. Support the creation of sales planning, assignment of sales quotas, and other sales objectives to ensure the company’s sales plan is allocated across sales resources. Support sales leadership in driving CRM discipline of individual contributors. Partner with sales leadership, revenue, and business operations to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales organization. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of five years’ experience in an operational role supporting senior sales management in a SaaS environment. PE‑backed experience is an advantage. Commercial or operational experience in a company confronted with multiple products, markets/verticals. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects. Proven business partner/service mentality, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across sales and marketing functions. A demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence. Excellent Excel and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Previous Power BI experience is an advantage. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrable experience influencing sales leaders.
